Since the conception and introduction of the AQSG, the leadership of this organization was conducted by the AQSG Triad, 3 of the highest ranking officers from throughout the AQSG. Although the AQSG was founded and operated in the Star Trek environments, times have indeed changed. The AQSG has opened up to various simulations in various genres, ranging from science-fiction to drama to comic books and more. By opening itself to these new genres, the AQSG has been revamped to show these changes. No longer do we have a CO (Commanding Officer), XO (Executive Officer), and 2XO (Second Executive Officer), but have instead adopted new titles and new forms of leadership.
The AQSG is still run by a Triad, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the AQSG and the majority of decision-making, while a Command Council operates the individual divisions and handles recruiting, player disputes, and more.

Fleet Admiral Ryan Harper, Commander-In-Chief
Fleet Admiral Harper is the last surviving member of the original Triad. Since the AQSG was founded, FAdm. Harper has led the AQSG Flagship USS Patriot and the 3rd Fleet.

Rear Admiral Braak, Deputy Commander-In-Chief
Rear Admiral Braak is the leader of the 5th Fleet in the Star Trek Genre and has characters in multiple sims of mulitple genres.

Fleet Captain Harvey Geisler, Chief Operations Officer
Fleet Captain Geisler once commanded the USS Black Hawk in the AQSG's 3rd Fleet. He currently has no simming responsibilities, but instead takes care of administrative work on the AQSG Website & Forums.
