Most importantly, we aim to misbehave.
Even more importantly, we aim to have fun.
Seriously though, folks, there's an old Earth saying, "The journey's
destination isn't important; it's how you get there is what matters."
Sure, we're going to have plenty of jobs, not to mention some serious
house-cleaning issues every now and then seeing how beat up this boat
is, but our focus is on the characters, not the jobs.
We do ask for every player to respect his fellow players with some
dignity. Should a couple of players have some conflicts, you might
want to take it to the Captain first before getting into a fist fight.
I'm not a big fan of fights, though many are bound to happen in this
line of work. If my crew can't get along, then not only are we not
going to be happy, but we ain't never going to get a job done.
All players are expected to post to the list at least once a week.
More than this is greatly encouraged, but not necessary.
My boat only allows normal people, so applicants who are prone to
"superhero-syndrome"...meaning that you take everyone's job away from
them and do it yourself, even mine...such characters won't be welcome
on my boat. Any player found guilty of this may be removed very
quickly depending on the offense.
We're just starting out, and we're hurting for crew and passengers of
the like (the kind that pay...). Here's generally what I'm looking
for:
* Hired Hand / Purser
* Medic
* Passengers (2-6)
