Is there going to be a split as to who joins what group?  I don't think it would be wise to have the same AQSG recruiters posting on the same groups every month.  People will start to get annoyed.  I would reccomend that we try to have only 3 or 4 recruiters and those recruiters can join specific sites to post the advertisement on.
